How We Use AI

Your report is researched and written by people. No part of it is generated by an AI system.

No client information reaches an AI provider. Not your intake answers, not your uploaded documents, not your property details, not your messages, not your report.

We use AI in one place: translating our own marketing text from English into Spanish. That is it.

We publish this because a firm selling independent human analysis should be specific about it, not because a rule obliged us to.

Translating our own website copy. An administrator asks a language model to produce a Spanish draft of text we wrote in English — service descriptions, article introductions, page headings. A person then reviews and edits every draft before it is published; nothing goes live untouched.

The only thing sent is our own published marketing copy. There is no customer data in it, because there is no customer data in a service description.

Not in research. We read sources, registries and market data ourselves.

Not in analysis. The judgement in a report — what a figure means, what a risk is worth, whether to advise against a purchase — is ours.

Not in writing reports. No section of a deliverable is machine-generated.

Not in customer support. When you write to us, a person answers. There is no chatbot on this site and no automated reply pretending to be one of us.

Not in moderation. A simple pattern check queues suspicious comments for review; every decision is made by a person.

Not in any decision about you. Nothing about your account, your order or your eligibility is decided by automated means.

You are paying for judgement. A language model can produce text that reads like analysis without any of the checking that makes analysis worth money — and in a market where data is thin, that failure is invisible until it costs somebody.

A report that says "we could not verify this" is more useful than one that fills the gap fluently. Keeping the writing human is how we can promise that the second kind does not exist here.

This page carries a version number and an effective date, and earlier versions stay available.

If we ever use AI to assist research or drafting, we will say so here before we do it, describe what it does and what a person still checks, and update the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page if any data reaches a new provider.

We will not quietly change this and let you find out from a footnote.
