About the role
DominicanVest is building an independent real estate intelligence platform focused on the Dominican Republic.
We turn market research, data and local insight into content that helps buyers understand locations, risks and opportunities before they invest.
We are looking for a hands on Social Content Producer who can turn research and ideas into sharp visual stories for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other channels.
This is a production role. You should be comfortable taking an idea from brief to publishable content.
Experience with Blender and stylized 3D scene building is a major plus. Strong art direction, composition and storytelling matter more to us than photorealism.
What you will do
- Turn research, articles and market insights into short form video and social content
- Develop hooks, storyboards and visual concepts
- Edit videos with strong pacing, typography, sound and composition
- Create visual explainers using maps, charts, imagery and motion graphics
- Repurpose larger stories into multiple pieces of social content
- Help develop a recognizable DominicanVest visual style
- Build reusable content formats and production workflows
- Where relevant, create stylized 3D scenes and environments
What we are looking for
- • A strong portfolio of social, video or visual storytelling work
- • Strong understanding of composition, pacing and visual hierarchy
- • Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
- • Understanding of short form content, hooks and audience retention
- • Ability to work independently from a brief, article or research document
- • Strong written and spoken English
- • Reliable communication and ability to deliver consistently
Nice to have
- Experience with Blender or another professional 3D workflow
- Ability to build stylized low poly environments and cinematic scenes
- Experience with lighting, cameras, materials and basic 3D animation
- Motion graphics or data visualization experience
- Interest in real estate, architecture, investing, tourism or geography
- Experience creating content for premium or research driven brands

- You should think beyond simply editing clips. We want someone who can decide how a story should look, which visuals are needed and how to hold attention from the opening seconds to the final frame.
- Speed, consistency and good creative judgment matter more than overproducing every piece of content.
