A sole proprietorship has no separate legal personality: the party to any agreement is the proprietor, trading under the name DominicanVest, and they are personally liable for the obligations of the business.
This page exists because Article 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code requires an information society service to make these details easily, directly and permanently accessible. They are repeated in our Terms of Service and in the confirmation document sent with every order.
